When do you mow?

We aim to mow the same day every fortnight.  We mow entire streets on the same day.  Once you order we will let you know what day you should expect your berm to be mown.

We’re starting in Glendowie and St Heliers for our pilot.  New areas will be added soon.

 How do I know how big my berm is?

Measure and multiply!  Eg if your berm is 2m by 10m, your size is 20m2.  If you don’t have a measuring tape, just take a long step and each step is approximately 1m.

To help further, most berms are Midi’s (between 30m2 – 60m2), and most corners are maxi (over 60m2).  Very few berms are Mini’s (less than 30m2) but could vary by suburb.

 What if the grass on my berm is really long?

If your berms grass is really long (over 7cm), the first mow will be a mulch with the clippings left behind, even if you have ordered clippings removed.  We will take the clippings away on all subsequent mows (as long as that’s what you ordered).

 Can I get someone elses berm done?

Yes! Help out family, friends or neighbours, as long as they inside our zone.
